Letters and parcels are generally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The choice of delivery method is displayed automatically and depends on the nature of the product and the geographical delivery zone (country chosen) when the order is finalised.

Delivery costs include preparation, packaging and postage. We recommend that you combine all products into a single order. It is not possible to combine two orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each of them.
Flat products (e.g. decals) are sent in rigid envelopes. Packages are sized to ensure optimum protection of products.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer's address when the order is dispatched.
Free worldwide shipping
Depending on the total price and combined weight of all the products in a customer's basket, free shipping will be offered on the order.
To benefit from this free shipping offer, two conditions must be met:
The total order value must be for a minimum of fourty (40) euros (*)
The total combined weight of the products ordered must be less than or equal to 500 grams
When a customer's basket is eligible for free shipping, the message ‘Shipping Free’ is displayed during the checkout process.

La Poste
Tracked green letter
The tracked green letter is a postal option that includes tracking, indicating when the letter has been delivered to the recipient's letterbox. In the case of international tracked letters, tracking may only be partial depending on the destination country. Tracked green letter products are suitable for sending small items (e.g. flat decals) that comply with specific postal standards, i.e. 3 cm high (thickness) and weighing 2 kg maximum. In mainland France, items are delivered within 3 working days.

Mondial Relay
Delivery company working with more than 120,000 online retailers, specialising in the delivery of small parcels and packages to individuals in France and Europe (7). Before finalising an order, customers choose a Relay Point® or Locker near their home or workplace. The retailer then deposits the item and Mondial Relay take care of everything. The customer is then notified when their parcel or package arrives at the chosen Relay Point® or Locker (or the nearest point to the customer if the first location is no longer available).
